Dancx Terms of Use
Contents
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Dancx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
For iOS distribution, you understand that apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, and use of the app may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and end-user license framework. To the extent required, you agree that your use of Dancx is conditioned on your acceptance of this agreement as the applicable end-user license agreement for the app.
2. Eligibility and 18+ Requirement
Dancx is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may require age declarations, self-certifications, account checks, or other reasonable measures to enforce this restriction. If we believe you are under 18 or unable to lawfully use the service, we may suspend or terminate access without notice.
3. Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dancx grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install, access, and use the app for your personal, lawful use on compatible devices you own or control.
You may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be waived. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must maintain up-to-date contact information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, security compromise, or misuse.
We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, require verification, or limit functionality where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.
5. User-Generated Content
Dancx may allow you to create, upload, submit, transmit, or display text, images, profile details, comments, reports, and other user-generated content. You retain ownership of content you lawfully create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, process, publish, display, perform, distribute, moderate, analyze, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and enforce the service.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit the content, that the content is accurate where it purports to be factual, and that the content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any person or entity.
6. Prohibited Conduct and Content Standards
You must use Dancx responsibly and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any pornographic, sexually explicit, exploitative, fetish, nudity-forward, or obscene content, including sexual services solicitation or content created primarily for sexual gratification.
- Graphic, disgusting, shocking, or otherwise objectionable content likely to cause significant discomfort or distress.
- Content involving child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other severe abuse. Such material is forbidden and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, blackmail, threats, glorification of violence, or incitement of harm.
- Hate speech, discriminatory abuse, demeaning stereotypes, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, political belief, political affiliation, or other protected or sensitive status.
- Political discrimination, targeted political harassment, extremist propaganda, or content intended to inflame social hostility toward individuals or groups.
- Illegal gambling activity, gambling promotion, betting schemes, prize scams, or unlawful sweepstakes.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substance trafficking, instructions for illegal drug manufacture, or promotion of unlawful drug use.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, manipulation of metrics, deceptive practices, or attempts to bypass our safety controls.
- Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Any use that violates law, regulation, platform rules, or these Terms.
7. Enforcement, Reporting, and Moderation
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive misuse. We may monitor, filter, review, hide, restrict, remove, demonetize, preserve, or report content and conduct at our discretion where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with platform requirements, or meet legal obligations.
Moderation may involve automated tools, human review, user reports, trust-and-safety workflows, account verification, temporary restrictions, permanent bans, device-level enforcement, and preservation of evidence for abuse investigation. We are not obligated to publish any content and may remove content before or after publication.
You should report suspected violations through available in-app or support channels. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning.
8. Community and User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for any content you submit. You must exercise caution in all communications and must not rely on other users’ statements as guarantees of truth, safety, or legality. We do not endorse user content and are not responsible for user behavior, except as required by law.
9. App Store In-App Purchases
Dancx may offer digital goods, premium features, subscriptions, or additional content through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. Purchases of digital items inside the iOS app may be made only through Apple’s payment mechanism where required by App Store rules. We do not accept alternative in-app payment methods for those digital items within the iOS app.
Before you confirm a purchase, the applicable product description, billing period, price, renewal terms if any, and other material purchase information should be displayed in the App Store purchase flow. By completing a transaction, you authorize Apple to charge your selected payment method according to Apple’s terms and the purchase details shown to you.
Subscriptions, if offered, may renew automatically unless you cancel in accordance with Apple’s subscription settings. Management of renewals, many refund requests, and payment method changes are generally handled through your Apple account. Access to paid features may be suspended or terminated if Apple reports a refund, reversal, chargeback-equivalent event, fraud risk, or payment failure.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, engaged in objectionable conduct, failed required verification, or threatened the security or integrity of the service.
Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, payment obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute-related provisions, and contact provisions.
11. Intellectual Property
The service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by Dancx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
12. Privacy
Your use of the service is also subject to the Dancx Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your needs.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dancx, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dancx, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is specified. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Interpretation
These Terms will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
